Municipal Court Objectives
Indianola Municipal Court administers judicial procedures as defined by State Statute and City Ordinances through the processing of Criminal and Traffic offenses, the collection of Fines and Traffic Offenses, and the collection of Fines and Assessments occurring within the City of Indianola. In order to provide a fair and impartial experience during the Judicial Process and to achieve justice for all, the Municipal Court strives to maintain trust, dignity, integrity, and respect in both the Courtroom and within the Municipal Court Office. The Municipal Court is committed to offering the most effective, efficient, and courteous services possible to each of the citizens we serve.

Indianola Municipal Court is located in the City Hall building at 101 Front Street, Indianola Mississippi.
Ticket violations and fines can be paid at the Municipal Court Office Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Payments can be mailed to: Indianola Municipal Court, P.O. Box 269, Indianola, MS 38751. (Please Note your Ticket Number with your payment.)
